There are often threads here grumbling about companies, I've possibly been responsible for some myself in the past.
In the name of balance and giving credit where it's due, I'd like to offer public thanks to Madison.
I'd bought some spare parts to fix an item that was well out of warranty but they didn't seem to fit. I called for some help and found out that my item is so old that the parts are for the revised version. However, they did have an old one kicking around and would rob some bits for me. Fantastic result.
However, it gets better. Parcel turns up today and they've decided it was better just to replace the entire item.
I'm very impressed.

Always had top service from Madison 👍 I ordered a pair of Waterproof shorts and some socks from them . Somehow a duplicate order arrived, I contacted them and offered to send them back , they said as I was being honest keep both orders 👍They've also helped in the past with a couple of jackets as well

I needed a spoke (probably snapped on a pedal while transporting in a van, my fault) for my DT Swiss wheel so dropped them an email to ask if they could help me with the length I needed.
They asked for my address and sent out a bunch of spokes, nipples and washers.
Great service.
