I have a Santa Cruz Hightower on order from Stif which i bought in the sale with 32% off - can't argue with that.
Anyhow, they have just rung me and offered to let me have the 27+ model instead as they have a fair bit of stock, but they would build it with 29 wheels with nice Hope hubs and then let me keep the 27+ wheels as well. So i get better 29 wheels, free additional 27+ wheels and the fork changed from 140mm to 150mm so a teeny tiny bit slacker.
Not a bad deal eh?
Can't argue with that to be fair assuming the rest of the spec is the same.
Apparently so - XE build. same on both configurations only fork travel changes by 10mm.
Of course, If its not the same its going back...
