I guess this is an open letter of thanks to Hope Tecnology.
I've a 5 year old vision 2 light which had connection problems on the plugs. I gave Hope a ring and they said 'yeah, whiz it back, it's out of warranty so there might be a charge, but we'll see what we can do.'
Four days later, the light's back with a new lead on the light head and a completely new replacement battery pack (it's a sealed non dismantleable unit) Free of charge!

They are great. I love anything they make that contains bearings! Both bikes have Hope Hubs, Headsets etc and they really are fantastic. They are only down the hill from me and were great when I had a problem with a wheel a while back. The lights however always seem very expensive. I've had similar customer service from C&B Seen with a faulty light & a fraction of the price.
