Who else is coming, what have you got planned*?

*There is a small art exhibition selling engraved wood images and copper bracelets this year as well as my balloon modelling extravaganza

Yup, its going to be my first one. Now really looking forward to it! Its just me and my lad, so if you see someone on Friday trying to single handily put up an enormous Outwell Vermont, whilst trying to entertain my boy, please come and give me a hand lol 🙂

Woohoo...Clan P are back by semi-popular demand....

I'm just prepping the Ute with the wee ride so me and Pictonroad can have a race with our squishy fragile offspring down the dual track (responsible parenting..)
..really looking forward to teh hill climb being UP the DS track again - best event ever!

Just thinking on what outfit to wear for the XC race... speedos...mankini.... hot pants... pants and vest....
All key contenders...

Today was spent sweating, marking the new trail route, sweating, setting up the stillage, sweating, racking the beer, sweating, plumbing in the cooling system, sweating and generally sweating.

Make sure you bring sun cream for the weekend, it will be a hot one!

Please tell me there's a bouncy castle - there will be an outcry if there isn't!

We're there - only so I can make DrP feel better about beating me in the XC race 😉

Sounds great, as ever. Missing it for the first time this year - the only plus is avoiding DrP's costume choice... 😯

Camping by the lake is in big demand. Anyone who can camp in "Camping with a View" will get a better nights sleep and better sunset/sunrise. Camping in the woods is a halfway house between the two.

Me too! The only kid that has been to every single BBB (including the Small BBB) is being taken to Majorca by his mum! And I have to look after the dog.
Gonna be a strange weekend. And I won't get to buy a Lenny Kravitz carving 🙁

Have fun BBBers!

Wow, what a weekend! We loved it. Our first, but certainly not our last. Great venue, great music, great atmosphere and people and selection of activities.
Bot me and my lad did the lake jump. I'll upload a pic when I can sort out an animated GIF 🙂

As always, absolutely awesome. There is nothing better than driving home on the Monday and having your kids ask if they can do more cycling (although taking your headphones off in the silent disco is a close second).
