When I transport the bike on the rear saris bones occasionally I hear a clank as the pedal hits the car, does anyone know if there are pedal covers or similar out there?

Thanks, good stuff on the Nix and Fassa sites but a big pipe cover might be cheaper - B&Q here is come.
