Trying to find a Chris King Devo 1.5-11/8 base plate. So far I’m 2 for 2 in ordering with shops that say they have stock, only for it to be a pack of lies.
So third time is a charm or will a 1.7/5 rating mean I’m on a hiding to nothing? Delivery is advised as 12-20 days. Paid with PayPal so no worries about losing money, only time.

A company based in Korea, with a US warehouse, shipping to the UK? Who also have woeful customer feedback. What could possibly go wrong?
I bought a pair of MRP Rocksolid carbon forks from them some years ago. The forks were dispatched from the USA a few days later, communication was great and I could track the parcel every step of the way.
Having said that it was some years ago and things change. I'd certainly think twice now if the reviews are as bad as that!
Is it worth contacting Chris King direct- explain how hard it is to get that bit.
Spoke to saddleback, uk disti, apparently they hope to get some mid June at the earliest.
Sod it, sent them an email to cancel, if I hear nothing back, I’ll set PayPal on them.
Ordered direct with CK, as I should have done from the beginning.
Thanks Hopster, looks like they don’t have the specific one I need. Ordered direct with CK now, so hopefully they’ll make some soon if they don’t have any now!
Props to Bicyclehero though, they’ve refunded within 24hrs of my asking them, without having to involve PayPal. So no complaints from me.
I see this a lot on forums and social media, but why buy something for a company you are not sure about and THEN ask people if they have experience ordering from them?
Always confuses me when I see it happen.
