Going continental touring on our tandem this summer, think getting one might be a good idea 🤔 what's good for flat bar with bar ends - needs to be left hand fitting.

Just spent 10days on those odd way round US roads on a flat bar hybrid used one of these to survive rear end doom

Fits in end of bar so should work with bat ends

Needs a bit of care to avoid knocking loose or hitting on posts but good area of visio

Garmin varia. I also have a wearable wrist mounted mirror for the trike which is very good. The bar end mounted one vibrates too much in its rubber bung. I used the big round Cateye on the tandem to very good effect too.

Currently riding with a Mirrycle, and I cant recommend it enough. Easy to adjust, large viewing mirror and stable on even the roughest terrain. Also folds away easily and isn’t silly expensive. Bought it due to the transition of riding the Great Divide to riding roads of unbelievable terror in Mexico. I’m in Columbia at the moment and it’s still one of the best things I’ve bought for the bike.
