Budget?

Decathlon 700 or Aerofit, well under £100 and very good indeed.

Decathlon 700 is great value at £50, comfy pad and has a warm lining. Not strictly waterproof but certainly keeps a bit away. I do find them a little tight around the hips but overall a good buy

My favorite are my pearl Izumi ones not cheap but lasting very well.

Pearl Izumi Amfib are very good. If they fit, that is. A bit of an odd shape, I found.

Castelli, nano flex or the full winter number.

Sportful NoRain ones here.

Rapha deep winter tights are ridiculously good.

I have some Morvelo Stormshield ones that are good, but expenisve.
I also have another pair I got for about £40 that re just as good but I can't remember the name at all

I find some of windstopper tights can feel a bit restrictive / clammy so definitely try before you buy. Sportful Top Comfort are my current faves for down to single digits with a pair of Gore Windstopper shorts over them when it's even less clement.

My dhb Windslam tights has been very good and comfy for the last two years. Only starting to die due to an off on the road. Never been cold in these.

Stolen Goat Command and Conquer tights (made by bioracer) look good, but only recommended for when the temp dips below 6C. Wind and water resistant.

Really like my Stolen Goat Orkaan Race tech ones.

Polaris have some in their flash sale

Just dug my other ones out. Doesn't say anywhere what make they are.
Just have little r's in a circle as a logo and a wee union jack flag?

+1 for Decathlon. Very good piece of kit for the money.

Received my Polaris Tempest Bib Tights yesterday and they seem very well made, particularly for the £25 sale price.

Ill take a look at the Polaris ones cheers. How is the sizing compared to the chart??

I found the size charts to be accurate enough - ie I didn't have to size up or down as you do with some other brands
