Does anyone know of any decent bibs with a zipped phone/valuables pocket? My google-fu is once again letting me down…

@Klunk they are, but jersey pockets aren’t often zipped, or if they are, they’re on the small side.

If for mtb/wearing baggies over the top have a look at
https://www.madison.cc/p/flux-capacity-men-s-liner-bib-shorts/cla10004

middle pocket will hold a phone no probs.

Think Rapha do some bib with pockets but not sure if zipped thou

I've got Madison & Endura cargo bibs, both excellent. Zips aren't something that are really needed. Your stuff isn't moving, but it can get... moist.
Mainly why I've picked up a Dakine Hotlaps Stealth for the phone, wallet, keys.

POC bib shorts have a couple of high sitting back pockets on the back. Not zipped though and don't know how useful they are as I've never used them.

I asked this the other day. There are a few, Specialized and Endura spring to mind. However, I went out the other day with my phone in my Kanga Run running pouch and it was perfect. Possibly even better than having the bib shorts on my back.

Morvelo and Giro (Chrono) also make bibs with pockets in the small of the back. Deeper than they are wide you’ll never lose anything from them.

I’ve not tried the Morvelo yet but get on well with the Giro as the pockets are above the waistband of my baggies. I have the swat liners too but the pockets are lower and sometimes interfere with waistbands.
