ive currently got a lezyne hv sport (cheapest one), that's pretty buggered, and its taking a while just to shift up 1 psi

it needs to be very very similar size to this, at 170mm for my hip pack, I can go a smidge longer, but not much at all

do all the lezyne ones push out the same cc stroke as it seems the sport is the cheapest, then theres a few more, upto drive, which is fully alloy? is that likely to be smoother and more powerful or just a case of better materials?

the other one ive seen which is the same size bar .8mm is the 70cc one up components, which looks like a nice smooth action

and yes ive got a co2 for emergency, this is more for topping up etc etc

I have the alloy drive, fits in both my waist packs fine. it's a very impressive bit of kit, small and well made but pumps MTB tyres up no problem

Does the CO2 bit as well, 150mm long. Hard work as a pump but I only have it an emergency backup to the CO2.

benp1 - Id happily buy the alloy drive one, just wondering if its actually any different in use/power over the cheapo version sport I have? does any one know?

if so ill just get one of those, as I like the hose attachment

Ah, I see. I'm afraid I have no idea! Might be one to ask Lezyne about?

Did you squirt a bit of WD40 or silicone spray into the pump?  They need lubing.

My favourite mini pumps are the FWE ones from Evans.

"Really small"?  Blackburn's Airstik SL is proper small, and what I carry on shorter rides without a backpack (ie. anything not requiring lunch to be carried).  Worked good enough on the handful of times I've needed to use it, well worth the trade-off of size vs performance for me, and half the time I'm riding with friends who have a better pump on them on those no-backpack rides anyway.

One of the bigger size Lezyne Alloy Drives lives in my backpack, which I wear about two-thirds of the time.

molgrips, nope ive not touched it since I had it about 10 years ago 🙁

guess that's an option, it does feel very very hard work and sticky to just pump action it, just thought it was as its old, so guessing take the hose out of its slot and spray down there?

I will check out the FWE ones and the airstick too I usually ride alone, so not really got an option for anything else, on bigger rides in summer I use my camelback and no that the mountain morph is the generic answer, but its too big for a hip pack

If you look on Sportpursuit they are selling Leyzne HV mini pumps for £15 I think, something to consider If you are happy with what you have but just after a replacement.
