Superstar have cheap 45x45 ones but I need a 36x45 for an integrated tapered headtube (lower bearing).
1 1/8 inch ones are easy to source (SS, ebay etc.) but the 1.5 ones seem harder to find.
Any ideas?
I've found this which I suspect is the right version

Pulling up an old thread here but I had the same issue and found the best place was ebay from the US - about $15 delivered.
