Want a just big enough, just heavy enough pannier to carry my work laptop and a tool roll.
What would you have, given the choice? Orlteib or Carradice, or someone else's? Or are they all much of a muchness?

I've used old Altura and modern Ortleib. Both work well, but I would choose Ortleib because they make it so easy to remove and re-attach the pannier from the bike. No experience of Carradice, sorry.

I love my Vaude ones - same as Ortlieb, such a pleasure to use.
