Is it going to be all mud? I really like Specialized's Hillbilly, it does the job of a cut spike so it's not as good in slop as an uncut scream but it's a lot better at everything else. (and better IMO than a cut Wetscream- not to mention that cutting bits off a new tyre is bad for the soul)

wetscreams been really good in the slop for me
Either schwalbe dirty dans or maxxis wet screams for full on spikes. It's very rare that you need full spikes though so the specialized hill billy tyres are a good choice too.
