I an in correspondence with an American chap who is being posted here in the summer. Apparently a lot of the US riders maintain that the riding in Scotty is the best in Europe! Having only done the 7 Stanes I'm not in a position to point him at the best stuff. Any suggestions so he won't be disappointed?

i think IMBA awarded 7 stanes best trail centres in the world or something a few years back
Probably depends on what kind of riding he's used to. The 7 stanes are wonderful facilities. There's a lot of good riding in and around the highlands too. Laggan, Golspie, Dunkeld etc plus all the natural, non trail centre stuff around too.
