Getting a bike helmet that doesnt make you look like a mushroom can be tricky.

You'll struggle to find a Tour rider in a helmet much less expensive than £165!
IIRC the Velocis and Ballista are both available without MIPS which are slightly cheaper.
Bouhanni seems a bit of a helmet.
