Now Halfords have stopped their 5 for £10 deal what's the best deal for those of us who still dislike tubeless?
Happy to buy 10 or 20 at once if need be
(If you imagine at this point that I'm ridiculing myself for avoiding tubeless yet anticipating a need for 20 tubes and that saves you the trouble of making the ridicule post yourself: you're welcome).
Why don't you just buy a puncture repair kit and save then environment a bit?
Careful tho, I got a box of cheap tubes from CRC, I liked that they were cheap, and had a nice lime green dust cap, but bugger me they are heavy.
So now I use schwalbe lightweight ones on my bike and repair them once or twice, and use the heavy ones on the Mrs' bike- **** her!
...environment...
Don't remind me of the guilt. I've got a box full of snakebitten tubes and no time. Best bet is probably to wait until mini sideshow is old enough to do the job!
actually here's an idea, maybe i should start hanging them on trees, that feels like an eco type thing to do...
£2 each on PX
No bigger than 2.35" though, halfords go to 2.5 🙁

this is the universe telling you to go tubeless or at least pump your tyres up.
No bigger than 2.35″ though, halfords go to 2.5
2.35 will be fine in a slightly bigger tyre. Probably fine in a much bigger tyre.
Think of the weight savings? And they will have less rubber in them, thus saving the environment as well!
I've not had to buy a new tube for a couple of years, I found it was running pressure too low was the only reason I was getting punctures .
Get your pressure dialed for your weight and terrain and check before each ride.
I too have been through long periods without getting pinch flats
Being on a full suss 29er helps
Haven't changed pressure or riding area and yet this current spate seems to be in full flow
Not sure why you would insist on tubes.
Plenty of reasons but you're more off topic than a chemtrail believer in a brexit debate
Not really. And I can't think of 1 reason apart from self harming perhaps. But each to their own.
