No it doesn't, not for the time of year. Leaves need raking though to increase light & aeration.

I do like Lapierre's...

That is proving a bit of a problem. Some Superstar Nanos in red are being ordered very soon.

I'm off to FOD tomorrow to give it a thrashing on some DH tracks. I've managed to borrow some pedals. Should be awesome; riding a brand new bike on some great tracks!

Well, he was the first babe born in the State (we're in South Aus) so we ended up with the local media in carrying on; They did ask about the name - Mrs Langy and I had been joking about Jesus for the last few weeks - but Mrs Langy carefully steered around it to not upset any of the Churchy Mob. Very Tactful is Mrs Langy when needs be.

Mrs Langy's birthday in late March may have had something to do with the timing. *ahem*

I think Santa delivered to the wrong address - I asked for a shiny bike but didn't even get anything shiny to put on a bike!

Looks good - enjoy your ride today 🙂

The bike was awesome. So much faster but it's taking a bit of getting used to. I can't jump it very well at the moment. I need to do a session up Kinver and experiment to sort that out.

It pedals really well. A guy who is about 4 stone heavier than me rode it for a bit, there was loads more sag than optimal and he said it pedalled really well.

It descends like a beast. It's really stiff. Well, it should be with a tapered steerer, 20mm thru axle and 36mm stanchions on the fork and a 12x142mm bolt thru axle on the rear! It's very supple, eventhough I'm running it fairly stiff at the moment (XC pressure in the shock) to get used to a full sus. I'll drop a touch of air out the rear shock as I get used to it. Roots cease to exist and there is far more grip available. I had a little play with it on the street earlier and curbs don't matter anymore; you can hit them head on and barely notice.

I just need some Nanos on it and a 2.5 Minion DHF on the front and it'll be sweet. 1X10 will be done when I've got the money.
