Looking at my next purchase and wondered what £1400 could get me?

Ideally something with a kashima shock. Bandit looks nice albeit a wee bit heavy.

Not sure what you mean by the bandit being heavy, surely your final weight will be dictated by your build spec. Mine was built up at 27.5lb, an awesome bike just got the new 2013 frame with the kashima shock looks very sexy!

Fudge - swapping components over mostly xt and slx shifters, talas forks...heard the frame is 7lbs and can't afford uber light and expensive extras. Would be looking to run my LEV too.

Really like the stealth and lemon colours.

What's your build spec?

If I had £1400 my money would be here. Infact I dont have £1400 and my money is very nearly there. I love my stumpy despite its inferior shock, lack of taper and maxle let alone carbon. That bike would be my dream bike. My Stumpy is ali and circa 27 with reverb and 2x10 so that would be around 25 with the right build.

I'd be looking at a MK10 Liteville 301 (MK11 just released, so you might be able to find one on your budget)

Awesome bike - does everything and more(and can even be converted to a 160mm for trips to the Alps)

Light, looks very different and rides like a dream 😀
