I like my 10mm DT RWS, does stiffen up the back end, never had any problems with it, had it for years.

Very happy with my superstar one on my saint hub, can't be beaten for value certainly.

I've heard mixed things about the bolt up versions of the ProII. The idea of a solid through axle sounds more solid to me.

Why? What have you heard about the bolt up versions?

Though I preface this with, I have no particular issue with either system & I use both.
BUT My front Specialized 9mm bolt thru QR (same as the SSC one) has come undone enough times that I check it regularly, this has never happened with my bolt up rear hub

I have a superstar one, it was cheap and does the job but started getting very stiff / corroded after about a month.

Switched to a hadley bolt which is much lighter and can be done up tighter than a QR.

Just read a few things about the bolt in ones coming loose.

as my experince suggest.. I think it more likely to be the other way round.

Switched to a hadley bolt which is much lighter and can be done up tighter than a QR.

+1 to the "done up tighter" comment.

http://www.balleracing.com/Hadley/Hadley10mmAxle.htm

If you email them and ask for the cheapest postage option it will be cheaper than the online system. For me it arrived in less than a week.
