Is it bikeable? Anyone done it?

I found a thread on here, but it was from 11 years ago so wondering if anyone has more recent experience?

I've walked two or three short bits so am aware hike-a-bike is inevitable, but just wondering how much can actually be ridden. And ridden by three pretty ordinary old bikers with kit, not trail pounding cyclo-gods!

Cheers.

I’ve done a little bit between St Abb’s and Eyemouth, some great views and couple of good bits and also from Berwick up to Burnmouth. Couple of nice bits by St Abbs but it’s mainly grassy fields.

Why did I read that as Berkshire? Thought it sounded like a fairly short trip...

Cheers @jimmy748 grassy fields fine as not looking for anything technical. Just the views and the fish and chips in Eyemouth.

I really like the bit from a mile before Dowally Farm through to St Abbs. Might not be in Berwickshire for all I know mind. Great cliff scenery and some moderate tech, not very much hike-a-bike
