I'm looking for a front light for road visibility. It needs to 'clip on' to flat front of our bar bags - and ideally a decent lumen output on a flash. Ideally rechargeable, not separate batteries.
So far I can find the Proviz (pricey and no light output/lumen output) and PlanetX (look really cheap, but are cheap!).
Most I can find with a clip are seemingly really low lumen/light output, like my 'emergency' old 15lm light.
Any other recommendations?

Some here from Decathlon. Front or rear in the same light!

Lezyne Zecto?
Quite impressed with the rear one I’ve been using for a couple of years.
Moon nebula front (white)?
I think a consideration should be the diameter. I see many basic lights on the road and tbh they dont really stand out being quite small. It all gets lost into the background of the other street/car lights around them.
SeeSense ACE on my bar bag.
Thanks all.
The Leyzine I hadn't found, but @tomhoward suggestion of Moon is good - many of their lights come with belt clips. 👍
Cateye orb?
I really like Moon lights and their belt clip works really well - we use one on the rear rack bag on the tandem.
I once lost a Cateye when the belt clip just gave up. Found the light (the near-legendary tl-ld100 holy hand grenade) as it was stil lflashing away (and still works fine some 15 years or so later) but no sign at all of the belt clip
I use a belt clip with moon nebula (red one) kn the back of my commuter bike. I’ve got a saddle bag on there which takes up most of the seat tube and a Moon belt clip seems to do the job well.
The Lezyne Zecto's come in 250 lumen variety - both front and rear. I have these ad my daytime flasher, but you'd just get by on an unlit path with one - enough to see where you are going. Lots's of modes, and it remembers the one you were on, so both mine set to daytime flash.
They are significantly brighter to the Planet X ones, but also much more expensive. I have the PX ones too.
This is for daytime lights - I have a couple of 'big' MTB lights for front mount on unlit lanes home or off-road.
Moon will be on order tonight...
Maybe a bit late but you can get this mount for the Specialized Stix lights:
Lots of other Stix available for helmets, racks, armbands etc and there is the option to buy the Stix Elite 2 headlight (which is brighter) or the Stix Switch that can be used as both front or rear.
I have a Knog + rear light, it's a vertical clip type, very bright. Never been too confident in the clip-on security on a saddlebag loop so it gets used with a slip-on zip tie loop that works well due to the taper shape, but it's fine on a belt or fitted to the magnetic mount.
