Has anyone used a bearing press from this supplier?
The Formula front hub on my Specialized Chisel uses 18307 (61903) bearings, and as far as I can see no-one else makes drifts in the right size, other than Enduro, and their stuff is expensive and hard to source in the UK.
Alternatively, would it be possible to use a Wheels Manufacturing PRESS-4 (3/8" diameter rod) with drifts from another manufacturer? I've never used a bearing press before, so not sure whether drifts are usually interchangeable or not.

Cheers!
Wheels MFG one is lovely... but essentially it's just a threaded bar with 2 nice ends..So in all honesty it's not any better/worse but it IS very pretty. I bought one just the other day but sent it straight back as the bar diameter was much bigger than their frame bearing press kit which is what i specificially bought it for. So that was a bit of a shame, but in your context that shouldn't be an issue.
Bearingprotools kit is decent and the guys seem very knowledgeable if you ask about stuff. Reasonable price as well.
I purchased that kit through their eBay store and would 100% recommend them! I needed an extra spacer for the inner freehub bearing and he knocked that up for an extra £2.
I’ll use them again if I need any other drifts.
Thanks for the feedback, that's very encouraging! Any idea what the drifts are made out of? Hambini just posted a video saying stainless steel is bad.
Any takers on whether it's possible to mix drifts from different manufacturers? Do they tend to fit snugly around the threaded rod, or is there a bit of extra space / free play?
Assuming the hole in the middle of drift fits your rod of choice material then any drift should do...
