Looking at buying a secondhand bike with BB92 on xtr cranks.
Is hope the only one that do a press / screw type fitting?
Do praxis do adaptors?
Thanks
I've got a works components one, where you screw cups together and then just replace bearings, needs an oversized BB tool to fit, but very easy.
Bearings lasted well so far ~9mths
I'm after this BB as well and I can only see Hope and Wheels Manufacturing.
There doesn't appear to be a Praxis version for 24mm PF92 and I can't find anything from Works Components that Kimbers mentions.
I've got the Hope one on my Shan GT and all seems fine, being able to just replace bearings seems like a good idea and i've had no issues so far, not even creaking, nearly a year old too.
I'm probably just going to source the Hope unit as well as I fitted the PF30 version to my girlfriends Yeti and it's been creak-free since install early in the year.
I didn't get the special fitting tool but just used the hex head of a M20 bolt to tighten the BB - looks like I can do the same for the PF41 version with a M16 bolt.
I can't find anything from Works Components that Kimbers mentions.
