So I've fitted a set of SRAM xx1 cranks to a frame with a bb30 shell and the chainline is shocking. The 32t ring sits in line with the 8th cog on the cassette and I can't work out how to improve it. The problem seems to be with the spacers that sram supply with the chainset, the plastic washer that sits on the drive side is massive!
Has anyone experienced/overcome similar?

Put the washers on the non drive side?
