I fitted one of those to a cannondale. You might not need the puller. Take the cranks off and you may be able to tap out the bb30 bearings. I had to remove a small flange in the bb with a dremel. Put the new fitting in the freezer for a few hours and warm the bb area with a hairdryer. It is supplied with what I assume is something like nutlock. Was a tight fit but drifted it in square then pulled it in With a couple of plates and threaded bar. Hasn’t moved or creaked in 2 years plus.
Edit: was a carbon frame
This would be my choice of removal
Check your frame has no raised section in the middle, like a 2015 CAADX, that would prevent that sleeve being pressed in - something I learned from experience
Much thanks for the advice folks - much appreciated as its really as is really at the limit of my spanning. Its going on the 2015 trigger so that raised middle section comment may be very important!
Reasonably straight forward to fit. Did mine a couple of weeks ago. Remove cranks, drift out bearings, remove circlips . Clean out all the grease and muck from the shell. I used a headset press to fit mine in a Cannondale. Some use a piece of studding or a long bolt and metal plates or big washers. Loctite with what is supplied and press home. All done in 2o mins . Fit the new HT2 BB and leave for 12hrs to dry and then enjoy a creak free ride. Did my road bike 5 yrs ago and still creak free.

Personally I went with a praxis HT2 conversion on my trigger, it works well, easy to install and the bearings can be changed. Not a creak in 4 years!
This is what happens, if you keep pressing, when the sleeve hits the raised section.
I also went for the Praxxis kit. Faultless
