My friend has totally stripped the bottom bracket on a frame and repair options aren't looking cheap. (Or at least, not cheap enough!) There's still thread deep in the BB shell - are there any BB cups around that have a deeper thread than a shimano one?

Raceface DH cups have deeper threads - that might work?
Shimano saint ones also worth a try.
Ta. I'm guessing Raceface ones would mean new cranks... Saint ones might be worth a look.
Raceface and Shimano cranks are interchangeable
Used theses in the past the threads are deeper hopefully deep enough
