I have a Sram GXP BB when I got my bike second hand.
The bearings are pretty rubbish and I was thinking of drifting the bearings out and putting some hope (or other good bearings like enduro ones) with the hope converter kit.
Doable?
Seems a waste to throw the BB shells away when I can just replace bits.

TLDR - more expensive than a new BB and not really worth the hassle.
