Have they said what time the non-elite race is yet?
The schedule may vary a little depending on sizes of fields etc, but the basic plan is to have the junior races first from about 9:00, then the open race starting mid morning (11:00, possibly coming forward to 10:30) and the Super CX (club/elite) at around 1:00pm.
