Baselayer T-shirt with pockets?

I have a Giro vest baselayer with rear pockets which I like but I want something similar in T-shirt form. I've done some Googling and come up with nothing, is there anything out there that meets my requirements?

EDIT:-

I don't want a roadie top, it needs to be thin and breathable, I sweat. A lot.

And I don't want anymore cargo bibs, I've got a few pairs but don't really get on with them!

Kinda sounds like you do. What do you see being different between what you’re after and a road top? It’ll have to be close fitting or the pockets will move around all over the place

Yes close fitting, but crew neck rather than stand up collar with a zip. And thin baselayer material.

Base layer indicates there will be other layers on top, how will you access the pockets easily?

Not all roadie tops have stand up collars eg

Or 7mesh foundation bibs which have 3 pockets in the usual place and definitely count as "thin and breathable"

Lift up rear of outer jersey with one hand, retrieve items from pocket with the other hand 🙂

@thepurist I don't need a zip and I'd like a mesh/open weave fabric.

And I don't like bibs!

This is the Giro thing I have. Like this but a T-shirt.

Sew some pockets onto a top you do like?

Morvelo used to do a cargo baselayer. Dont know if they still do. Was a bit of an odd thing to wear in how it felt. Possibly when they were starting the Overland brand up.

The basic Halfords one is, i think, the correct material. But they have a zip. Pop in for a look. I think they are £11.

I suspect the reason there aren't many cycling base-layer tees with pockets is because most decent baselayer fabric isn't compressive enough to support loaded pockets. I have one of the old Morvelo Overland ones, which seems like a great idea in theory, but the fabric just felt wrong, so I barely used it.

I think you may be better off looking for running tees with pockets. There are lots of them out there and they don't know that you're biking rather than running 🙂

Ride into ditch and OTB gracefully into hedge 😉
