However he did have bars with a large amount of rise. I'm on the verge of sending my forks away to have a longer steerer fitted to get more rise but these bars could save me the job.
Fashionably wide would be a bonus as well.
Spank do a 50mm x 800mm aluminium bar in various versions.
Try BMX racing cruiser bars maybe?

Have now discovered the world of jump bars but they all seem to fit old fashioned small stems.
Thought they would be 31.8 at least.
The bars are for my commuter so don't need to be too fancy.
Ritchey also do a stem with a large degree of rise.

Would still like more rise struggling to find a 31.8 diameter bar. I see that the 22.2 bars come with a 25.4 shim,do they make a 25.4 to 31,8?
Can't see that shims are a good idea especially on jump bikes.

There may be, but I've found that hi-rise bars will rotate in a shimmed stem unless the bolts are torqued stupid high.

Bought some Rock Shox Recon Silver TK Coil for £72 from ze germans .
Big long steerer so I can use whatever stem/bar combo I like.
spike spank 800 are available in 50mm rise if you still need taller.
