So who's doing the [url= http://audax.lvis.org.uk/ ]LVIS audax[/url] on Sunday then?
I am, for the 1st time.
Hope the weather plays ball, looking dry and cold at the moment.
Anyone got any idea of a reasonable average speed or time to complete?

Yep. I took around 11 hours in total last year for the long route, riding slowish and with no great hurry at the stops. You have to allow time for all that cake!
That said, the weather last year was fabulous - I suspect it'll be a bit harder if it's cold and wet.
