Been out to Peaslake today and everyone's favourite trail, Barry knows best, is a casualty of the resent storms.

There must be a hand full of fallen trees across the trail.

For those who ride it like the back of their hand, beware. Time to get off and vault those tree trunks!

There are lots of trees down on Leith hill. It's all quite localised and random. I blame weird gustiness. Spent Christmas Eve mending my roof 🙁

Pitch Hill trails are pretty okay with exception of a fallen tree at the bottom of Supernova.

Yep similar problems on Leith today. Two pretty chunky trees across Summer Lightening, and lots of smaller ones further up the hill.

Today's ride report - conditions fairly gloppy, slow and likely to get worse with the incoming rainfall. Lots of trees across numerous trails, probably best to avoid the area if you can. Wish I had.

Trees down here and there on Leith, nothing to spoil anyone's day, it is a forest after all. I guess take care in the dark if you know the trails, there may be the odd surprise.

On the flip side some of the climbing trails were obviously stream beds in the storm so all the leaf mulch and trail junk has been washed away so they're very rideable.

Biggest downer of the day was huge queues for tea at the Tower, we skipped, would have been worth taking a flask.
