I'm looking for some grips which only have a single clamp on the inside. So far I've found Charge Griddles and Bontrager Race Lite.
Anyone have experience of these, or alternative recommendations?
I've got Pro XCR lock ons which work well.I tend to ride with my palms on the outside of the grips so double sided lock ons, make my hands numb.No less secure than my old ODI X trainers too.I paid £12 (via Tweeks) for mine.
Pro also do the Atherton and Koryak which are single sided.
Specialized Rocca grips are alright.
For lock on's try Superstar ones around £8 a pair or you could try some lightweight silicon ones from ESI for around £16 a pair.
Superstar grips are good but you need to wear gloves with the cheaper ones and the thicker versions dont last that long. I am using Specialised BG Contour Targa Grip which is excellent about £18 a pair if you dont have the bar ends you will need some hope grips doctors as well
Aren`t superstar double sided?
SRAM foam lock ons have one clamp. I like mine.
