Has anyone ever managed to get a refund from Wiggle for one of their events? I booked the Isle of Wight mtb sportive for later this month but now can't go. Website does say no refunds but I was wondering if they have any flexibility there? Have emailed them but no response.

It is UKCE who you need to be mailing....you won't get a refund but they will transfer your entry to another event if you ask nicely....well,they have done in the past.

I've had to bail out of some in the past due to biking injury and they have transferred me to other events, contact UKCE
