I'm after some elusive Goldilocks baggies - need to fit round my 36" waist without swamping my stocky 31" legs. Don't like them flappy, don't need pockets, preferably lighter weight and maybe showerproof.
What should be on my short(s)list?

Endura Singletrack. Work for me and sounds like we're similar build.
I gave up on Endura a few years ago as their sizing seemed to vary between different designs - I'd be Large in one type of short but need XL in another. Are they a bit more standardised now?
Not sure. I've got the Singletracks and some Humvees and both fit fine.
Enduro Mt 500, not the fully waterproof ones as they're a really odd fit.
