is there a list??
i have had a look using the search facility but to no avail.
if there is not one then would making a list be a good idea, to warn other STW users to potentially bad sellers.
List might be a bit subject to opinion. Why not just have a sticky that gives some advice about how to avoid getting into trouble such as:
Never pay money without getting a name, address, home phone number and talk to the person you are buying from.
Search the user name for their history.
Ask for new photos of the item.
[b]Don't use paypal expecting to be protected as it does not cover classified adverts![/b]
Sure more advice could be added.
only way to do it is to leave 'feedback' directly on a sellers ads so that others can find it if they search.
there's a few 'regular' posters on the classifieds that I tend to avoid partly 'cos they're traders but also 'cos they seem to have more 'issues' than other people.

it just hacks me off that people seem genuine but fail to deliver.
then you do a little digging and a whole new world appears!!
then once they have F***ed up they change there user name and carry on under a new name!!
I think i have learnt my lesson and only buy off of STW regulars. not people who email you directly to you mail box!!
I'd buy off ton or PeterPoddy without a single issue. Or WCA, or Elf, or loads of other characters from here. Get to know people, you'll have an easier life.

yeah im back!! im on my 2nd month off!!
i dont think ill be coming to wales for the week as im not back at work until 20th of feb and i have a MATTS. names had to be in by 22nd of jan i think!!

People who say they're going to buy your stuff and then disappear without trace or don't send the cash/cheque
Especially irritating if you turn down the sale to someone else
