Morning all. Like many cyclists I have back problems but with me it's more of a weakness than pain.
With all due respect I work hard at core strength and muscle imbalance and get some physio now and then but when my back 'goes' I wear a belt like a weightlifting belt and it works wonders. Unfortunately it's too bulky to ride in and I wondered if anyone had experience of a back support that can be worn while riding?
Cheers

Vulcan back support wrapped nice and tight. Brilliant! Boots and sports shops have them. Wear mine Mtb, tennis, golf, skiing etc whenever back feels slightly dodgy
