Today I think I have fixed nearly as many mechanicals as I did in all of 2019 and we've not left the property.
One bent mech hanger and bent mech, one rear wheel knocked out of line in the dropouts due to heavy dismount and a puncture. All the work of my 8 year old IN THE BACK GARDEN (except possibly the puncture which I reckon came from our last state authorised exercise).
I also remembered why I've been a fan of tubeless since 2004 ... there is no honour or pleasure in the act of patching a tube.
Last week I ripped the bead on a tyre dropping off a 8" high kerb.
No car, no gnar, not far (from a workstand)
