My ring is looking very sorry for itself and Xfusion have kindly provided me with the right dimensions for a replacement. Where do folks go for something so trivial?
Also, the dimensions given are 32x30x2 - I take it that's external diameter, internal and thickness, or something like that?
I use these guys through my work.
And this chart to establish the required 'dash' codes.
Ta v much. I wish fork suppliers would list all their o-ring sizes online, particularly ones they aren't prepared to supply as part of a kit (which is pretty much all of them for X Fusion).
Apparently I've voided my non-existent warranty by taking off the top cap and pulling out the damper though. I wonder if you're supposed to send it back to them to do simple things like get the travel adjusted?
eBay. It'll take some repeated searching but you'll find them. Some sellers seem to list by inner diameter, some by outer.
32x30x2mm doesn't sound right though. It'll either be 34x30x2mm, 32x30x1mm or 32x28x2mm. Recheck with your man to be sure before ordering; he probably looked up the inner or outer diameter and calculated the other diameter wrongly for a 2mm section.
It surely would be an odd shape, now you point it out. The 2mm refers to the radius of the cross section, no?

Indeed. 2mm section would mean 4mm difference in inner/outer diameter. So your man at X-Fusion got something wrong.
Cheers. I think I'll just stick the measure on the one I've knackered rather than bother them again. Ideally I'd like to do a rebuild with all new seals, as it is shipping air from somewhere into the damper.
