Tried the usual suspects SS Uberbike E Bike specific, EBC , Nukeproof , too tight to pay for genuine SRAM ( why so dear Shimano aren’t ? ) or Swiss stop , so who’s flavour of the moment ?
I think the standard Sram sintered are the best in winter conditions that I’ve used in my codes.
The Uberbike race matrix are my next favourite pads - they work well except when it’s really wet and sloppy out. I’m running them at both ends of my big bike now and they feel plenty strong enough with 220/180 rotors (code r’s).
+1 for SRAM sintered
Tried EBC reds last year cos poor availabilty. EBC were fadetastic pants, straight back to SRAM as soon as I could find stock. No regrets
Plus another for OEM SRAM sintered, they're by far the best
Check out galfer pads and rotors there ment to outstanding
Just put some nukeproof pads in. Fit fine but can't comment on durability yet
Uber Race Matrix every time.
Went with Swisstop Endurance , give them a try .
My main bike (a gravel bike) sees poor trail conditions much of the year. Consequently, the pads (especially the front) wear like mad. I've given up worrying about brands and just put cheap crappy semi-metallic pads from Amazon on it now.
I’ve used Uberbike race matrix for ages in my codes, found them to have a much better bite than sram pads. Currently have some galfer pads in the front brake and I have to say they are awesome. I’ll be sticking with them from now on. For reference I’m a big lad at 6’4” and 120kg and these were great at DyFi a couple of weeks ago
