windproof (not waterproof) gloves with a gel palm - any recommendations?
endura would be ideal if they didn't just fall apart...

I have some Pearl Izumi ones that I've had for so long I can't remember where I got them from, sorry. Leather with windproof fabric top, they are great as long as it's not both cold and wet because then the leather soaks up cold water and you get cold hands.

I have some NorthWave - only used spring/autumn this year and they are falling apart so avoid

I have gel padding under my bar tape on the tops on my winter bike, means I get some shock absorption with / without gloves.
