Anyone know how to get an AXS system to shift in both directions?

Both rocker buttons are shifting the same. On the app it says they're not. Have tried repairing and every possible combination and I can either have it shifting down from both buttons or up from both buttons.

Firmware is up to date.

Can't find anything on google to help.

Gaaaahhhb!

You can't leave it to like that. Spill the beans reeksy, it's a safe space here. 😁

Aye, this should be a public service announcement type thing...

If the rocker type, were you not pushing the ends of the rocker? Or perhaps trying the wee rocker in front of bar that was set to do same as the 'other' button?

Is there a "tab" fitted on an axs derailleur for transport that should be removed when fitting by chance?

@reeksy

You can confess to not reading manual and being an idiot. It's a safe space here, and we've all done the same 😉

Though not many of use actually post such idiocy on a forum for others to see.... 🤣

Who was it who put his forks on the wrong way around, not back to front like an Halfords trainee assembling bikes, but the forks actually at the top where the handlebar should be, he was even brave enough to post a pic of his failure (must have been a while ago before tapered headtubes).

I have a faint memory of having the same problem as reeksy, but sorted it out quite quickly and can no longer remember what caused the problem.

Close enough for us to smell your Halitosis 😂

We would have spent the best part of an hour, lad's mates were waiting ages for him. He decided he'd have to ride single speed for the first ride on his new rig.

Then we ran into his coach doing some trail work. Explained the issue and he tried the gears and said "they seem fine to me".

(Where's the "relieved facepalm" emoji?)
