Does anyone know how long it takes to dry out?

I am considering going there on Saturday, but if it's going to be a mess I may go to Rogate instead.

your best bet is to ask on their facebook page

just take some mud tyres and embrace the slide

I don't have mud tyres, I tend to use my Spesh Clutch SX all year round.

embrace the mud and the teflon roots.
it will make you a better rider.

I've certainly not got anything against sliding around, it's just if I am going to travel 60-70 miles (each way) to ride somewhere I want to make the most of it.

It faces north but dries out reasonably fast, especially if there's a good breeze.

Ask on the facebook page is probably the best idea, and S2A should be OK unless it's been utterly biblical.

Haven't been there this week but from past experience. The recent rain wasn't too bad so it'll probably be OK as long as you don't
mind sliding round a little bit.

If playing safe I wouldn't bother especially if you're driving that distance.

All runs should be ok at the moment, probably a bit slick on DH3 though. Surface to air will be riding lovely.
