ASR5.
I've got a Mega & I'd say it's a bit big for that sort of thing.

Depends how you define fun TBH. If you prefer all round trail/xc then maybe the ASR but if you prefer winching up with climbing just a means to an end and blasting down as fast as possible, then the Mega would probably suit better.

I've got a mega am and what/how I ride I reckon it's pretty perfect but i don't mind dragging it up hills to have fun on the way down.

I have a mega and a prophet. For all but steep full on DH the prophet is faster. The mega is great fun but it is a bit slack for normal riding like the peaks.

ASR5 definitely. Dragging a bike like the mega up those hills just isnt worth what is waiting on the way down.

When i rode an asr5 in the peak, it was really fun, more travel wouldnt add anything.

Thanks guys. Asr5 it is.. Jacobs ladder when i search photos in google seems steeper rocky downhills,,, never saw the uphills though.
