You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
These are mine from Strava, I am not quite sure what it means though. Power is collected from commuting and the occasional training ride, I'm using a powertap hub in my regular 32 spoke road wheel, my MTB and road race wheels do not have power.
I think my actual 20min threshold effort is closer to 300W, I should try and prove that someday although it is tricky finding a piece of road in Singapore safe and unobstructed enough to do this.
I guess the answer is a resounding NO then 😆
haha - I have nothing to contribute other than your photo didnt share!
I only have strava estimated power.. which I assume is absolute bullpoo
OR a TR virtual power thing which is marginally less bad. weight around 57-60kg
I have no idea what it means 😳 I real terms, I have no sprint, reasonable endurance and am good at repeated digs, but then i train that for cx.
STW in failing to join in a willy waving contest? I smell a rat.
I'd happily share mine if I could work out how to do it...

There's always someone with better numbers than you 🙂
OP, what's the reason for asking? If you want a rough idea of how you compare there's the often bandied about table here. But then are those numbers your proper maximal efforts or just those collected while out riding (e.g. if I look at my 10 and 20 min recent max values, they are within 1W and were both set when doing a 20 min test, so the 10 min isn't a true reflection of my 10 min max.) And then there's vagaries of power metre readings. And, as ferrals mentioned, it doesn't capture things like repeatability of effort (e.g. two people might have the same max for some duration but one can complete far more reps at some % of that max than the other because of the discipline they train for.)
I think with the pictures in Nath's racing thread, everyone has seen enough of my curves 😆
everyone has seen enough of my curves
No curves in those elbows 😉
My 12hr power# is 205 Watts, or 3 W/kg. It gets little better for shorter intervals, and is normally screwed by some dodgy reading when the power meter throws a fit.
#And that's a real 12hrs 😉
How do you do that on Strava? I can only see power on segments or for whole rides?
Last decent flat out effort I did was the Exposure Equinox & Mini-marathons at Hope, (estimated no power meter) did 233W for a hour average on the marathon and 239W for 1hr 8mins on the Equinox
Nope. Power data is like dreams. Interesting to yourself but nobody else needs to hear about it.

My 5s power is apparently 2000W. I was quite surprised to see this pop up on my Garmin as I was pootling along in what I thought was zone 2 😀
Oh and also, this from Phil Gaimon's book when considering publishing your power numbers...
Zone 2 can be very deceptive...
That descision tree is genius..
ferrals if that estimated power is even close to being correct then it looks pretty good for everything over 1 minute, especially as you are about 30kg lighter than me.
How do you do that on Strava?
Training -> Strava Premium -> Power curves
Basically I got all super excited because I activated the Strava premium free trial.
Think I should cancel it before the subs are up. It basically has the power curves, 25W power distribution for rides and this thing which tells me I'm relatively fit and knackered because I've done more cycling than usual recently...
