They are definitely post mount. You'll need one of these https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shimano-rear-post-to-is-disc-brake-mount-adaptor/rp-prod13749 to fit it to an IS (flat) fitting.

They are post and won't fit on a flat mount frame.

That doesn't look right to me, flat mount has two holes vertically through the chain stay, similar to post, just a different spacing. That adaptor swaps the orientation of the fixing bolts?

IS mount is NOT flat mount, that adaptor is for the really old school IS mount which is rarely ever seen now on new bikes.

This will allow fitting of PM caliper on a flat mount frame.

I have a pair of new TRP adapters that I never used as I changed the caliper over to flat mount.

They are front and rear 160mm FF2-F160 & FR2-R160

Flat mount frame to post mount caliper - let me know if you want them?
