hi just wondered if there are any physio's on here that can give me some advice about a on going injury

Ill bet they all keep quiet lest half of STW start haranguing them for 'advice'. I could do with a few weeks worth of advice. All my previous crashes and injuries now seem to be staking a claim on my pain threshold.

There are some physios on here and even some chiropractors and osteopaths.
