As above, I'm about to buy a bike from there, but I've never heard of them before. Everything looks good, but has anyone used them?

They're a huge shop just over the river from Kingston upon Thames.

Sponsor a national level elite team as well, pretty well known in the roadie world.

Got some tyres from them a couple of weeks ago. Had to order them in but no problems. Would use them again

Good service and fast delivery but ring up and ask them to check stock as there website can say one thing and then you get stuck waiting and having to chase them for your order (took a few months to get some bits I was after and no updates as they said they would or call backs as they said they would) but that is one incident out of a lot of orders.

website has been very good for me. Even when there was a problem (can't remember what, can't have been a big problem) they were very good about sorting it out. Won't hesitate to use again.

They are pretty massive in both the road and triathlon worlds for a bricks and mortar shop.

I've only been there the once a year or two ago and found it very underwhelming. Intending to spend bigish money (wetsuits circa £400 and a pair of carbon road shoes) I couldn't get a single member of staff vaguely motivated to serve me - it appeared to be too much trouble breaking up their chats between each other around the store (probably 10 staff - it's a big place). I eventually got some very begrudging assistance checking what sizes they had in stock. The wetsuit I was after was in stock but currently at their warehouse a few minutes drive away. Apparently I was free to go and get it (walk as I'd got there by train) and try it on at the shop but they couldn't as they were too busy - it was a weekday and the staff outnumbered customers about 2 to 1. It was the death knell to me bothering with bricks and mortar cycle businesses.

Yup. Ordered some gloves from them with regular delivery and they arrived the next day.

I call in when in kingston to have a mooch about. Free coffee and televised cycling on
the big screens. I ve bought a few bits over the years - they do rapha. Ordered some spare
helmet pads and came in a week or so by special order.
Echo above comment re staff but no worse than any other londonish bike shop. Just seem to
attract that type.

Maybe I was unlucky but I order a £150 saddle (quick delivery).

The saddle came with all this gloop like blue-tack/chewing gum on the vent holes.

The aftersales service was terrible and they would not exchange the saddle.

Like I said maybe I was unlucky.

They are my local LBS just 2 mins away. Obviously I have never bought from them online but they have a huge online business. They have always been very good to me and I have been a loyal customer for 15 years.
