Bought some 2019 RS revelations from CRC and the stanchions can be moved up about 6mm by hand. Pressured to 85psi and at rest they measure 125mm when they should be 130mm. Is there a fix for this or easier to send back?

Thats normal, they will sit into their travel due to the big negative chamber.

Same on my Yari, I asked about it here and got the same reassuring answer 😀

Interesting ... "they will sit into their travel due to the big negative chamber" ?

Because fitting aftermarket RS 'DebonAir' shafts to Pikes with the increased negative chamber doesn't appear to have that effect.

Something that's only apparent at higher pressures or with heavier bikes ?

(The 2019 Boxxers on my DH have a HUGE negative chamber and they do sit a few mm into the travel but that's the weight of the bike, with older coil forks it was similar)

It depends on which version of the fork you have as to how big (or rather small) your positive > negative ratio becomes.
