Evening,
After being mashed at mayhem my forks feel "interesting". They are rock shocks recon races. Basically when I lift the front up the stanchions lift a bit and there is a bit of play in them as well.
Can anyone give any advice??

service them and then see - oil change and clean at least

sounds like they need new bushings
